Baked layers of anchovies
4 people ingredients:
Grated Parmesan cheese
500 g anchovies
250 g mozzarella cheese

500 g tomatoes
3 eggs
Extra virgin olive oil Gargiulo "Venus Biologico"
Pepper

Process:
Bone the anchovies, taking care to leave them open and united. At first dip them into the flour and then in the eggs, previously
beaten with a pinch of salt and pepper. Place a pan with olive oil Gargiulo "Venus Biologico" on fire and bring to temperature, then you can
fry the anchovies. Take a rectangular pan, put a sauce layer on the bottom, previously prepared with peeled tomatoes, olive oil and garlic. Arrange a
layer of fried anchovies then a layer of mozzarella cheese cutted into cubes and finally add grated parmesan cheese and pepper.
